At the age of thirteen, Larry Theodore began his own landscaping business when he entered the entrepreneurial world. Having learned the values of good work ethic from his grandfather, Larry’s positive attributes carried with him. It was at the age of twenty-nine when Larry craved a new challenge and realized his talent as a skilled salesman. After choosing to enter the real estate industry, he partnered with Century 21 where he has been now for thirty four years.
     Serving the Nassau County area, Larry focuses primarily in the town of Farmingdale. Concentrating in this area, Larry has developed an unparalleled knowledge and expertise on the local inventory and market. During his first few years, Larry found himself going from door-to-door introducing himself and building networks with homeowners. Now, that same persistence is what sets his daily routine as he makes himself available around the clock for clients.

     Larry prides himself in offering a stress-free, transactional process where he remains a resource even after clients close on a property.  Within the community, Larry’s “For Sale” signs are easily recognizable and placed on yards exposing any newly listed properties.
     Always keeping in mind the others, Larry spreads the joy of the holiday season by sending out over 5,000 cards and magnet calendars.  On the Fourth of July, he even places American Flags on the lawns of homeowners in Farmingdale. 
     When Larry isn’t selling homes, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia, who is also a licensed realtor. Together, the two dedicate their time to fixing up and renovating their 250-year-old-farmhouse. As far as the future of Larry’s business, he will continue doing what he loves, performing over one hundred sales a year on average.
