Amit spent seven years managing operations in a liquor store, where he honed his knowledge of liquors and wines. Liquorium is now under his new ownership, which was celebrated with a grand opening on May 15, 2015.

If Amit doesn’t have what you’re looking for, he’s always happy to order it for you. The store offers gift wrapping and gift certificates, as well as custom gift baskets (with advance notice) for holidays and other special occasions. Amit tries to keep his prices the best in town, something customers like, said Hemal P. of Huntington Station have taken note of. “Excellent prices with a very reasonable wine selection and pretty much any liquor available on order,” he says. Amit likes getting to know customers and offering them personalized attention, as Kerriann G. of St. James can attest to. “The owner is the sweetest, kindest man and super helpful,” she says.

He enjoys offering suggestions and is pleased when customers return with positive feedback about their purchases. Amit likes to take care of his local community and plans to join the Chamber of Commerce soon.
