When Kevin Muller imported his first crepe station from France to Suffolk in 2012, he was betting that the area was ready for something fun and different. After years of experience working in the restaurant industry, and with a little inspiration from his grandmother Joyce, Kevin opened the first Crazy Crepe Café in Selden. Just under five years later, that bet has paid off. Now there are four Crazy Crepe Café locations, all offering an innovative menu, friendly service, and a unique catering experience. The Smithtown location just celebrated their four year anniversary.
Ubiquitous in France and much of Europe, crepes are similar to a wafer-thin pancake and are made in a mouthwatering variety of combinations.
