Yield: 6- 8 large pancakes
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
HERE IS HOW YOU DO IT:
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Whisk in milk, adding in eggs, oil, and vanilla.
Spray a griddle or frying pan with cooking spray, then set on medium/low heat. When heated, pour in about 1/3 cup pancake mix. Cook until pancakes bubble slightly, then flip with a spatula. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and set on a plate; repeat until all batter is used.
