Rolando studied fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology, then went on to Long Island Beauty School. In 2000 he was offered an opportunity as a makeup artist with Chanel, where he was sent to Paris to learn about their corporate philosophy on the makeup and beauty industry. Rolando’s creative eye for fashion drew him to design his own garments for both men and women. He also gained experience working in a photography studio, which he loved because it gave him the chance to, “Make people look good and feel their best.” Rolando’s passion for fashion and dedication to beauty was even recognized by Allure Magazine, Newsday, Long Island Parenting Magazine, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, ASC Fashion Week and the Rachel Ray Show.
For Rolando, the desire to strive for more and achieve the impossible were two things that drove him to start his own business; along with the desire to be his own boss. Having trained all over Europe with the best hair stylists from Paris to New York, he was thrilled at the idea of sharing his expertise and knowledge to train and mentor his own staff.
