It’s game time! Create the ultimate viewing experience and attack this Super Bowl Sunday ~ without penalties! Kick off the game with  this tried and true, favorite dip my talented son and his wife often prepare for family and friends. I asked my boy recently if he would share his secret recipe with his “dear old Mom” and graciously ~ he did. AH! HA! It’s now mine and yours to prepare, share and enjoy! A warm bowl mixture of sweet caramelized onions with chorizo sausage and small white beans (Goya ~ Habichuelas Blancas, or white cannellini or cannelli beans) served with slices of crusty baguette bread. Guaranteed your bowl will disappear before half time!  Regardless of whichever team you’re routing for ~ your guests will become your biggest FANS!  There’s no denying the tremendous impact the snacks you serve will have on the outcome of the game! Simply winning and award inspiring…just like my great kids. Go shop for your goodies and ingredients, invite your favorite crowd, fluff up the sofa pillows and turn  the day to a super one…in a bowl! Trust me ~ you will take your eyes off the TV just long enough to scoop this indulgent dip onto your slice of bread… a little extra red pepper for that winning  kick!
