Audiology and Communication Services was originally established 1987 and was purchased by Dr. Loring in 2006. Since purchasing the practice in 2006, Loring has made major strides in making Audiology and Communication Service an invaluable resource in our community. Should you require the services of Audiology and Communication, Dr. Peter Loring and Dr. Elizabeth Ward will be more than happy to perform a complete hearing evaluation as well as answering any questions that you have.
Should you require a hearing aid, Dr. Loring has some extra insight and experience as he suffered sudden hearing loss in 2006 and has been a hearing aid wearer ever since. Additionally, custom fit hearing protection for musicians, hunters, and anyone else who is exposed to loud noise can be obtained.
Dr. Peter Loring, Au.D. received his masters from Indiana University in 1994 and his doctorate from the University of Florida in 2000 while working full time. He is a member of the American Speech Language and hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology as well as being licensed as a New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Dr. Elizabeth Ward, Au.D. received her masters from Northeastern University and her doctorate from Adelphi University. She is a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing association, the American Academy of Audiology as well as being a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser by the state of New York.
The practice has extensive experience with children, adults, the deaf population, and the developmentally disabled.
All of Audiology & Communications’ hearing aids come with free lifetime visits for cleanings, checkups and adjustments, up to a three (3) year repair warranty, a two-year insurance policy covering the loss of the hearing aid, a free lifetime supply of hearing aid batteries, and a 45 day trial period.
