    “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change,” Dr. Wayne W. Dyer has  for many years proclaimed. 
    We’ve all heard the phrase, “I’ll believe it when I see it,” right?  Dr. Dyer says, “You’ll see it when you believe it.” (which is a title of one of his books).
    I’ve studied how our positive thoughts draw positive circumstances whereas negative thoughts draw negative circumstances.  This is a law of life from which experience and study I know to be true.
    When you’re matched up to that energy of peace and joy – who some call Source Energy, Universal Energy, God –  you regain the power  to manifest your desires.
    Let me share with you words of some honest no-nonsense experts on this subject: Dr. Wayne W Dyer writes, “This is a universe of vibration. As Einstein once observed, everything vibrates to a measurable frequency. The highest and fastest energy is Source Energy.  You, everyone and everything originated in this vibration and then moved into this world.”  He explores this further in his book The Power of Intention which I highly recommend. 
    Esther Hicks, in her book with her husband Jerry, Ask and it is Given, says, “you were born with an innate knowledge that you do create your own reality.” She says we do this by realigning with Source Energy.
    Esther shares an important truth.  We can tell when we are connected to that Source Energy by how we feel.  When we’re feeling joyful, happy and positive, we are in that energy vibration. If we are feeling depressed, sad, generally down, we are out of alignment with Source Energy.
    The idea is to raise those vibrations despite any outward circumstances in our life at the time. We can do that by switching to a thought of something or someone which makes us feel good. It could be a person, people or place.  We can meditate or pray.
    There is a common tendency to keep dwelling on what we lack. By doing so, we are creating more lack of the same.  What we want to do is first know what we want, secondly raise our energy vibration as above, then visualize in any way powerful to us what we want instead, and consider it as if we already have it.  We then need to relax and allow it in, not force anything.
    We need not worry about those negative thoughts which pass through our mind now and again. We all get those.  They will not hold much power.
